Welcome to Wormpost Northeast
Wormpost Northeast is an earthworm farm located in Morrisville,
the heart of Lamoille County, Vermont. We are located about 45 miles
(or 1 hr)
east of Burlington and 8-1/2 miles (15 minutes) north of Stowe. Here
at our home my staff of Eisenia fetida (redworms), convert organics such
as kitchen, paper and pet wastes into worm manure ("castings").
This process is known as vermicomposting. I have been composting since
2001, when I discovered that keeping an indoor worm bin was a lot more
convenient than maintaining my outoor compost pile during an icy New
England winter.
Our product line includes worms, worm composting systems, and wormless
digesters for the worm phobic. My goal is to make recycling organic residuals
easy and affordable for the small-scale user. Check out the catalog,
or click here for an overview of small
and mid scale sized systems as well as ones you can make yourself.
Please call for information on VERMICOMPOSTING WORKSHOPS for small groups.

Annual Vermont Organics Recycling Summit: Compost, Community & The
